Abstract
Aim To evaluate the different extract conditions of volatile oil in the preparation process of Guixin granules. Methods The effects of different extraction conditions for the solvent volume, duration and temperatures were investigated by orthogonal design methods. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:the raw powder was extracted at 55℃ at a ratio of 1∶12 between the solid and water volume for 8 hours and purified by distillation at reduced pressure at 50~60℃、0.087~0.090mPa. Conclusion The active ingredients in volatile oil can be efficiently obtained by soakage extracting and underpressure distillation process. This method is stable and feasible.
