Abstract
Objective:To determine the extraction process of volatile oil form Shimokang Granule. Methods: The vapor distillation condition of the volatile oil was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design, using the volume of the volatile oil as target and the factors of the orthogonal design, which were the quantity of water(A),marinating time(B),and extract time(C).Results: The optimized extract process of the volatile oil was the medicinal materials being dipped in 10 times water for 2 h and distilled 8 h by vapor. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
