Abstract
s] Objective:To investigate the relationship between expression of C-erbB2,PCNA,ER,PR and clinic-pathologic characters of human breast carcinoma. Methods:The expressions of C-erbB2,PCNA,ER,PR were studied in 126 cases of breast carcinoma by using SP immunohistochemistry. Results:The positive rates of expression of C-erbB2,PCNA,ER,PR in breast carcinoma were 36.5%,95.2%,65.1%,54% respectively. The positive rates and expression intensity of C-erbB2,PCNA,ER,PR in breast carcinoma had no significant correlation with the age, lymph node metastasis, tumor size,pTNM stage of the patient(P﹥0.05).The positive rates and expression intensity of C-erbB2,PCNA in breast carcinoma had significant correlation with the differentiation degree of the patient(P﹤0.05).The expression of C-erbB2 was negatively associated with ER,PR(r=-0.344,P=0.000;r=-0.226,P=0.011).Conclusion:Over-expression of C-erbB2 and pCNA showed poor prognosis and they can be markers for estimating the prognosis of breast cancer.
