Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of C-erbB-2, PCNA, ER and PR in breast cancer.Methods Expression of C-erbB-2, PCNA, ER and PR were detected by using immunohistochemical method in 269 breast cancer tissues.Results Positive rates of C-erbB-2, PCNA, ER and PR were found to be 69.52%, 78.81%, 51.67% and 59.48%, respectively. The expression of C-erbB-2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumorous invasion (P0.05). The expression of PCNA was only correlated with lymph node metastasis (P0.05). The expression of C-erbB-2, PCNA, ER and PR were positive correlated (P0.05).Conclusions The expression of C-erbB-2, PCNA, ER and PR has an instructive significance for predicting the prognosis of breast cancer patients.
