Abstract
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of inguinal hernia treatment situation. Methods A retrospective analysis of the methods, analysis of inguinal hernia in our hospital clinical data, according to the different surgical methods divided into two groups(tension-free hernia repair treatment group) 50 cases and the control group(traditional inguinal hernia repair in the treatment group) 36 cases. Results The operative time, blood loss, ambulation time, increased body temperature, duration of hospitalization, the average application frequency of pain medication were significantly better than the control group, while observing the postoperative recurrence and postoperative edema, urinary retention, infection, etc.complications were significantly lower than the control group,P0.05,differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Surgical treatment of tension-free hernia repair inguinal hernia patients in line with basic human anatomy and physiology, clinical efficacy, rapid postoperative recovery, less pain, fewer complications, recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
