Abstract

Objective Analysis of tension-free hernia repair in elderly inguinal hernia clinical efficacy and recurrence. Methods The hospital treated 60 cases of elderly inguinal hernia patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Respectively treated with tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernia repair.Comparing the two groups of patients with operation time, postoperative VAS score, the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative recurrence rate in 2 years. Results The experimental group operation time, postoperative VAS score, the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative 2 year recurrence rates were significantly lower than in control group(P0.05).Conclusion The application of tension-free hernioplasty in elderly inguinal hernia clinical curative effect, and has a shorter operation time, less complication, less postoperative pain, the recurrence rate is low advantage,it is worthy of clinical application.
