The Clinical Analysis of 106 Cases Adult Male Inguinal Hernia Patients

Objective To discuss the effect comparison about traditional operation of adult indirect inguinal hernia and filling tension-free hernia repair. Methods 106 cases from January 2003 to June 2006 admitted to surgical treatment of indirect inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases taken to the traditional operation,53 cases taken to tension-free hernia repair,operative time,blood loss,hospitalization time,postoperative complications and recurrence rate were compared.Results Two groups of operating time,blood loss was no difference(P0.05) ,Tension-free hernia repair group of postoperative complications,recurrence rate and hospital stay were significantly lower than the traditional surgical method group(P0.05) . Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair is simple,safe,trauma,quick recovery,postoperative recurrence rate is low,the effect is superior to the traditional surgical method.
