Abstract
Aim To establish an assaying method of chlorogenic acid in Fufangshuanghuakeli.Methods HPLC PhenomenexC18 analytical column(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)was used and acetonitrile-0.4 phosphonic acid(10∶90,pH value was adjusted to 3.0±0.2 by triethylamine)was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the detection wavelength was 327nm.Results Regression equation of chlorogenic acid was Y=3 621.370 1X+2.145 8,r=0.999 9(n=5).It showed linear correlation when concentration of chlorogenic acid ranged from 12.0μg·mL-1 to 28.0μg·mL-1.The average recovery was 98.53% and RSD was 0.57%.Conclusion This method is convenient,accurate and rapid,showing its potential to be used as a quantitative method of this preparation.
