Abstract
Aim To determine chlorogenic acid in xiaoerkechuanling gel by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of chlorogenic acid in the sample.The separation was performed on hanbon C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(13∶87) as mobile phase.The detection wavelengh was set at 327 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.168~0.84 μg for chlorogenic acid(r=0.9996,n=5).The average recovery was 98.55%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,and is a good method to determinate chlorogenic acid.
