Abstract
Aim To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in qingfeiyin by HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on SinochoromODS C18 column,with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(13∶87)as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 327 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was from 27.76 to 138.8 mg·L-1(r=0.9 999).The average recovery was 98.75%,and RSD was 1.1 %(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of qingfeiyin.
