Abstract
Objective To set up a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Weisiyingqiao Tablets.Methods The determination was performed by HPLC on Symmetryshield RP C_(18)column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-water(0.4%phosphric)(13∶87 by volume) as a mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1),detection wavelength was at 327nm.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.104 μg~1.04 μg.The average recovery was 97.68%,RSD=0.96%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and rapid with good reproducibility and it can be used for control the quality of Weisiyingqiao Tablets.
