Abstract

Objective:To determine chlorogenic acid in kangganlin tablets by HPLC. Method:Stationary phase: MICROSORB-MV C 18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-2% acetic acid solution(1∶20); detective wavelength: 326 nm; flow rate: 1 mL·min -1. Results:The linearity was good over the range of 1.5~48.0 μg·mL -1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.98%, RSD=1.12%. Conclusion:The method proved to be simple, rapid and precise. It is suitable to determine chlorogenic acid in kangganlin tablets.
