Assay of chlorogenic acid in kouyanqing tablets by HPLC

Abstract

Objective A method was established for the assay of Chlorogenic acid in Kouyanqing tablets.MethodsThe C18 column was used and acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid solution(13:87)as mobile phase,detected at 327 nm.ResultsThe linear range was 0.018~0.090 mg/ml(r=0.9986).The average recovery rate was 99.61%,RSD1.16%(n=6).ConclusionThe method is accurate,reliable and with good repeatability.
