Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a High-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) for determining of Chlorogenic acid in Jieshitong tablets. METHODS Using high performance liquid chromatography, the determination was performed on sinochrom ODS-BP( 4. 6mm × 250mm,5μm) column, mobile phase for acetonitril-e-0. 5%phosphoric acid solution( 8∶ 92),detected wavelength for 326nm,velocity of 1. 0mL·min-1. RESULTS The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was 0. 4024 ~ 3. 2192μg·mL-1( r =0. 9997 n =6),the average recovery was 99. 46%,and the RSD( n = 9) was 0. 82%. CONCLUSION The method is proved to be simple, reproducible and specific, and it's propitious to used for determining of Chlorogenic acid in Jieshitong tablets.
