Abstract
To establish an HPLC method for determination of artemitin in Lingdancao granules for the quality control.Methods:A ZOBAX Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm) column was used with a mo- bile phase consisted of mixture of acetonitrile-water (60:40) by flow rate of 1.0 mL·min~(-1) in this method,and UV detector wavelength was 254 nm.Results:The calibration curve of artemitin was linear in range of 1.91- 15.28 μg·mL~(-1),r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.7%.Conclusion:An accurate,simple and reliable HPLC method was developed for the determination of artemitin in Lingdancao granules and can be applied to control the quality of this preparation effectively.
