Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of pulchinenoside B4 in Changfuning granules.METHODS:The determination was performed on the Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column at room temperature.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(30:70) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength of 205 nm.The injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS:The linear range of pulchinenoside B4 was 3.125~50.000 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8)with an average recovery of 99.45%(RSD=2.83%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is specific,sensitive and reproducibility for the quality control of Changfuning granules.
