Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of stilbeneglucoside in Xueyuantong Granules. METHODS Octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica was used as bulking agent. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water( 18 ∶ 82) with the flow rate of 1. 0mL · min- 1,and the detection wavelength was320 nm,with the column temperature at 30℃. RESULTS Stilbeneglucoside showed a good linearity in the concentraterange of 5. 80 ~ 87. 06μg · mL- 1,the coefficent was 0.9998,and the average recovery was 99. 9%( RSD =1. 54%). CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive and suitable,can be used for the quality control of Xueyuantong Granules.
