Abstract

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of Paeoniflorinin in Tianquantong granules.Methods:This system consisted of Hypersil C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)and methanol-water(30∶70)was used as mobile phase,with the detection wavelength at 230 nm.Results:There was a good linear correlation with paeoniflorinin between 0.201~3.22μg.The average recovery rate of paeoniflorinin was 99.1% and RSD was 2.0%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorinin in Tianquantong granules.
