Two Jurisprudence Coursebooks and Jurisprudence

The fundamentality of jurisprudence is that it is the knowledge that makes people lead good life. Modern jurisprudence gradually approaches science, being vague and covering the basic cognition of jurisprudence. In China, it is embodied in the compilation of textbook of jurisprudence and the basic cognition thereof. Two coursebooks are compared with respect to their dealing with the history of law, standpoint of law and legal skills to show the phenomena clearly. Then, the knowledge view of jurisprudence in making textbook of jurisprudence is pointed out.
