On the Textbook of Jurisprudence and Its Goal——From the Definition of Jurisprudence

Jurisprudence should including the theory about the general theory of law and the theory based on law.The jurisprudence,especially the jurisprudence textbook of today's China pays too much attention to the former while too less to the latter.Furthermore,the textbook of jurisprudence has some other problems,such as the methodology.So,to achieve the goal of textbook,it is necessary to define the jurisprudence distinctly.
