An Analysis of Definition Visual Angle of Jurisprudence

Though the current definitions of jurisprudence in China seem to be reasonable, some questions still exist.Some are affected by the paradigms of the modern natural scientific study,some emphasize the thought of jurisprudence,some have the purpose of destroying the system of jurisprudence.We should stick to three standards of defining jurisprudence,including reality,generality and validity,so as to make it favorable for both the construction of system of Chinese jurisprudence and the communication with western countries.
