Clinical application of comfort care model in thyroid surgery with perioperative period

Objective To explore the application value of comfort care model in the care of patients with thyroid surgery perioperative period.Methods According to the order of admission,110 cases of thyroid surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n = 55 cases).The control group was given normal care.Based on the patient's condition,the observation group were given based on comfort care on the basis of conventional care.All clinical parameters are observed and analyzed including the incidence of complications,anxiety,satisfaction and comfort care,etc.Results Observation group were significantly lower than the control group in the rate of abnormal blood pressure,abnormal heart rate ratio and the degree of anxiety but higher in the pain improvement rate,nursing satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant between groups(P0.05).Conclusion Comfort care can improve the clinical treatment of thyroid surgery effect,improve the quality of care,worthy of promotion.
