Comfort Care in the Surgical Perioperative Clinical Research

Objective To evaluate the comfort care in the application of surgical and perioperative care results.Methods Our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010,104 cases of surgical treated patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 52 cases,the treatment group was given comfort care,control group received traditional care,compared two groups of patients before surgery psychological status and satisfaction.Results The anxiety,depression care were significantly higher than improved,P0.05.No significant change in the control group,P0.05,the psychological status of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P0.05.And the satisfaction of the observation group was 92.3%(48/52) was significantly higher than 71.1%(37/52),P0.05.Conclusion comfort care in patients undergoing surgery will help to improve the adverse conditions to improve satisfaction.
