Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on the perioperative patients in surgery room.Methods In the study 120 perioperative patients were included , of which 60 patients with perioperative comfort nursing , while the rest 60 cases with rou-tine nursing.The changes of blood pressure and heart rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results After nurs-ing, patients'heart rate, systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group , the differ-ence was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) , were overall satisfaction with care was 100.0%in the observation group with significantly high-er than that in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Comfort care measures can help to reduce the patients'preoperative stress , im-prove patients'satisfaction with care and it is worthy of clinical application .
