Effect of comfortable nursing on the perioperative patients in surgery room

Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on the perioperative patients in surgery room.Methods In the study 120 perioperative patients were included , of which 60 patients with perioperative comfort nursing , while the rest 60 cases with rou-tine nursing.The changes of blood pressure and heart rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results After nurs-ing, patients＇heart rate, systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group , the differ-ence was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） , were overall satisfaction with care was 100.0%in the observation group with significantly high-er than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Comfort care measures can help to reduce the patients＇preoperative stress , im-prove patients＇satisfaction with care and it is worthy of clinical application .
