Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comfort care on perioperative anxiety patients with cardiac surgey. Methods Eighty cases of patients with perioperative anxiety symptoms of cardiac surgey took comfort care and psychological support care based on different periods,and took the score of SAS self- rating anxiety scale to campare the anxiety level between before and after the implementation. Results After the comfort care,the anxiety level in patients was redused,the difference between before and after comfort care implementation was statistically significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion With the comfort care,the patients which taken the surgery were in the best mental state,the level of anxiety,and the incidence of surgical complications were redused.
