Analysis of hydrotalcite combined with omeprazole in gastric ulcer complicated with gastric bleeding

Objective To evaluate the effect of Hydrotalcid combined with omeprazole on gastric ulcerwith gastric hemorrhage. Methods 76 cases of gastric ulcer with bleeding in the stomach were selected of digestive department of our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in the control group,omeprazole conventional treatment,oral 10 mg,3 times a day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,continuoustreatment of two courses;38 cases of patients in the experimental group,in the control group based on the use of hydrotalcite,oral 0.5g,3 times a day,4 weeks as a course of treatment two a course of treatment.After the treatment,compared the clinical symptoms before and after treatment score,adverse reaction,recurrence rate and clinical efficacy. Results After the treatment of two groups of patients with clinical symptom score were improved,compared with the control group,the experimental group clinical scoredecreased significantly,with significant difference(P 0.05);and the rate ofrecurrence of bleeding in the stomach compared the adverse reaction of two groups were compared after treatment,the experimental group of adverse reaction incidence and recurrence of gastric bleeding obvious less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);the clinicalcurative effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite have a high curative effect of gastric bleeding stomach ulcer patients,and it is worth the clinical promotion.
