Clinical observation on omeprazole treatment of gastric ulcer combined with bleeding

Objective To observe and analysis the clinical effect of treatment of gastric ulcer combined with bleeding. Methods 85 cases of gastric ulcer combined with bleeding in patients from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected,ther were randomly divided into observation group(n=43) and control group(n=42),the observation group were treated by omeprazole,control group were treated by famotidine, the therapeutic effect in two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate(93.02%) of observation group was superior to that of the control group(85.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);The adverse reaction rate,helicobacter pylori infection rate of turn,the average bleeding time in the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole in treating gastric ulcer combined with bleeding disease has good curative effect,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
