Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hydrotalcid combined with omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 98 patients with gastric ulcer were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group. In the first week, the control group received omeprazole, clarithromycin, biskalcitrate and amoxicillin orally. The patients in treatment group were given hydrotalcite on the basis of control group's treatment. Results After a course of treatment, the total effective rate(95.52%) and cure rate(69.39%) of treatment group were all higher than that of control group(91.84%,51.02%),the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of teratment group were all significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were all statistically significant( P0.05). Conclusion The use of hydrotalcid combined with omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer can effectively improve the quality of ulcer healing, reduce the recurrence rate and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
