Abstract
With the method of fecal oocyst count and exterior examination to evaluate the treatment of parasitosis of graze sheep by 0.2mg/kg body weight Ivermectin Injection subcutaneous injection. The result showed: the negative rate and the reductive rate of ova of main Gastrointestinal nematodes were 96.7% and 99.1%,respectively;the negative rate and the reductive rate of Protostrongylidae larve were 89.5% and 91.6%,respectively;and the killing rate on Linognathus ovinus was 100%.Sheep which were injected subcutaneously failed to show any abnormal reaction. The test result indicates, the ivermectin injection was efficient, safe and economical to control main parasites of sheep.
