Abstract

In modern warfare, spectrum management on battlefield is the important guarantee to seize electromagnetic rights.According to the current hotspot issues of spectrum management on battlefield, the basic factors, architecture,hierarchical analysis and system model of dynamic spectrum management are introduced to research dynamic spectrum management technology. Both system-level and network-level of dynamic spectrum management are analyzed in detail.
