Abstract

The dynamic spectrum access(DSA) technologies,denoted by cognitive radio,provide the possibility of dynamic spectrum management(DSM),which has been concerned and researched a lot in the past decade.The combination of spectrum management and access is addressed.DSA technologies are introduced,the recent development of DSM is reviewed,and the trends in the future are summarized.Furthermore,some urgent resolving strategies are proposed and discussed.
