Abstract
To meet the needs of electromagnetic spectrum management including distribution and real-time processing during joint operation,introduce MAS(Multi-Agent System) theory and establish a prototype of distributed electromagnetic spectrum management system of battlefield.Through mutual cooperation of intelligent agents such as information collection and process in each region,frequency planning and assignment,along with instruction generation and publishing,the system can fulfill decisions of electromagnetic spectrum management of battlefield.
