Legal Analysis and System Construction of Chinese Food Safety Supervision

Abstract

The sound food safety control system is the effective protection of citizens' right to health.The lack of supervision of food safety is the main reason leading frequent incidents.It is necessary to make legal analysis of food safety and food safety control,and then give corresponding suggestions for building a food safety control system from perfecting the information disclosure system of food safety control and accountability system and legal supervision system.
