Reflections on the Perfection of Food Safety Legal System in China

Food safety legal system is to regulate food security,with specifying regulatory responsibilities as its content and punishing the practices violating food safety law as its basis.However,the emergence of endless food safety accidents these years in China reflects the imperfection of current China's food safety laws,food safety supervision and management system,food safety legal system,food safety standard system and food recall system.To solve these problems,we need to conduct more theoretical studies to find out the reasons that have caused these problems and think out solutions, thus a scientific and reasonable food safety legal system can be built,which has a significant practical value for reducing food safety risks and perfecting food safety legal system in China.
