Abstract
Objective: To analyse the variation of the coagulaton state and its clinical significancein the cerebral thrombosis. Methods: 118 venous blood samples from the patients were measured for plasm prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastic time(APTT), fibrinogen(FIB) and were calculated INR by automated coagulation analyzer, 35 of them were measured for PT, APTT and FIB with and without taking medicine respectively. At the same time, 30 venous blood samples from the normal subjects were measured as control. Results: The PT and INR values in the cerebral thrombosis showed clinically significant differences compared with the healthy control's (P0.01). The PT and INR values also showed clinically significant differences between the patients with and without taking medicine(P0.01). However, the differences in APTT and FIB values were not significant (P0.05). Conclusions: The coagulation state in the cerebral thrombosis varied significantly. It may be due to changes of the level and /or activity and /or function of some coagulaiton factors. These results provide some guidance for prevention and treatment of cerebral thrombosis, and further studies should be followed.
