Abstract
Objective To analyze the variation of the coagulation state and its clinical significance in the patients with hepatitis B.Methods 136 venous blood samples from the patients with hepatitis B were measured for plasm prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastic time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB) by STA-Compact automated coagulation analyzer from the normal subjects were measured as control. Results The PT,APTT,FIB values of the groups of hepatocirrhosis and grievous hepatitis B showed clinically significant differences compared with the healthy control's.(P0.05,P0.01).However,the differences in PT,APTT values of the group of chronic hepatitis B were not significant(P0.05).FIB values of it showed significant differences compared with the healthy control's(P0.05).Conclusion The coagulation state in the patients with hepatitis B varied evidently during the deepen of the liver impairment. The abnormal values showed identical significance with the lever impairment.
