Changes and Significance of PT, APTT, FIB, TT in Cerebral Trauma

Objective To discuss the changes and clinical significance of PT,APTT,TT,FIB and blood platelet when patient suffered cerebral trauma in the traffic accidents.Methods Analysis was used to detect the samples of 105 cases in control group,50 cases in GCS 13-15,105 cases in GCS 9-12 and 48 cases in GCS 3-8.Results PT,APTT,TT of the patients were significantly different between observed group and control group.The varied degrees of cerebral trauma showed varied coagulation functions and it suggested that there was a relationship between them.Conclusion To detect PT,APTT,TT and evaluate the coagulation function of the patients might help to judge the severity of cerebral trauma and do good to diagnoses and treatmens.
