Preliminary study on the relationship between stroke and platelets,FIB and APTT

Objective To investigate the relationship between stroke and platelet,INR,FIB and APTT.Methods 84 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 70 patients with cerebral infarction,served as hemorrhage group and infarction group,respectively.75 patients without disorders of blood and cardiovascular systems served as control group.The values of platelet,INR,FIB and APTT were measured.Results There was statistical difference of platelets values between the group and the control group(P0.05),whereas there was no statistical difference between the group and the control group.The concentration of platelets,INR and FIB of the patients in the group and group significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).However,there was no difference of APTT between the was groups.Conclusion Cerebral infarction has an association with the values of platelets;there is relationship between cercbral infarction/hemorrhage and changes of platelet INR and FIB.
