The relationship analysis between semen antisperm antibody (AsAb) IgA and Sperm parameters of 280 male infertile patients.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the relationship between semen antisperm antibody IgA and sperm quality parameters by means of the analysis to sperm quality of male infertile pactients and the measurement to semen antisperm antibody.Methods:To measure sperm quality and antisperm antibody of male infertile patients prevented sexuality for 3-7day.Thepatients were distributed into AaAb-positive group and AsAb-negative group.Then we did the statistics analysis to them.Results:The positive rate of AsAb in 280male infertile patients was 15.35%.Sperm concenteration.motility and a+b grade Sper concentration of AsAb-positive group were lower than that of AsAb-negative group(P0.01).Conclusions:Semen AsAb IgA is cjose with sperm concentration.Motility and a+b grade sperm concentration.It is one of the main causes of male infertility
