Abstract
Objective: To analyze the relationship between semen antisperm antibody(AsAb) and main semen parameters in male infertile patients. Methods: AsAb and Semen analysis were measured and analyzed in 260 infertile men, the patients were distributed into two groups: AsAb-positive group(41cases) and AsAb-negative group(219 cases). Results: The positive rate of AsAb in all infertile patients was 15.77%. Sperm concentration, motility and a+b grade sperm concentration of AsAb-positive group were lower than that of AsAb-negative group(P0.05). Conclusions: Semen AsAb could affect main semen parameters, it is one of the main causes of male infertility.
