Curative Effect Observation of Plaque-type Psoriasis Treated with Acitretin Capsules,Compound Glycyrrhiz in Injection and NB-UVB

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of acitretin capsules,compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with NBUVB for plaque-type psoriasis.Methods Put 112 patients into treatment group and controls randomly and parallel,so that each had 56 cases.Treatment groups took acitretin capsules and were infused with compound glycyrrhizin by venous injection.Once every day in 4 weeks and simultaneously treated by NB-UVB radiation,the control only took acitretin capsules and compound glycyrrhizin injection;two groups were followed up 4 weeks after beginning.The courses of treatment were same.Results Effective percentage about the experimental group and control group were 94.64% and 73.21% respectively.Statistical significance were found between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusions Acitretin capsules and compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with NB-UVB is an effective and safe methods for the treatment of plaquetype psoriasis.
