Curative effect observation of psoriasis vulgaris treated with Acitretin Capsules and NB-UVB

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Acitretin Capsules combined with NB-UVB for psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:According to random number table,140 patients were divided into two groups.Each group had 70 ones.Treatment group took Acitretin Capsules with NB-UVB,the control orally took Acitretin Capsules separately.Two groups were followed up for 8 weeks after beginning.Results:Effective percentage about the treatment group and control group were 97.1% and 84.3% respectively.Statistical significance was found between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Acitretin Capsules combined with NB-UVB is an effective method for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
