Differences of expression of cysteine-rich 61,estrogen and progesterone recepctor in uterine leiomyoma

Objective To investigate the expression and the levels of CYR61 and ER,PR in the human uterine leiomyoma,and to approach the developed of hystero-myoma.Methods Immunohistochemieal SABC method was used to detect the expressions of ER,PR and CYR61 in 45 examples of uterine leiomyoma in hospital and their corresponding myometrium.Results The positive rates of the expression of ER and PR in hysteromyoma were higher than the expression in control group(P 0.01),and the expression level of PR than ER(P 0.01).The positive rates of the expression of CYR61 in hysteromyoma were lower than the expression in control group(P 0.01).Conclusion CYR61,ER and PR expression and the occurrence of hysteromyoma have a close relationship.They and their interaction may be promote hysteromyoma continued development of important factors.
