Abstract
Objective:To approach the developed mechanism of hysteromyoma. Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in 30 examples of uterine leiomyoma and their corresponding myometrium. Results:The positive rates of the expressions of ER and PR in hysteromyoma were 70% and 63.33%,and those of their corresponding myometrium were 43.33% and 33.33% respectively(P0.05).The expression of PCNA in hysteromyoma was obviously stronger than that of its corresponding myometrium(P0.01).Conclusion:The genesis and development of hysteromyoma may be correlative with ER,PR and PCNA.
