Clinical analysis of preoperative psychological intervention during operation in children

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative psychological intervention in children during surgery. Methods 60 children of patients with operation were selected, randomly divided into two groups,the A group with 30 cases were treated by preoperative psychological,B group with 30 cases as a control group and only treated by general preoperative interview.To observe the patient's psychological changes and intraoperative vital signs changes on the surgery day. Results MAP and HR of A group were significantly lower than the B group, there had statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Preoperative psychological intervention can be effective in reducing children crying and disturb, ease the children's fear of anesthesia, and obtain children's trust, get a positive match, to maintain a good mental state, smooth undergo surgery.
