Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of psychological care on patient of outpatient surgical.Methods 70 cases patients of surgery outpatient were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 35 cases.Control group received preoperative routine mission,observation group were added with psychological care.Observed the anxiety value of admission and preoperative and preoperative blood pressure and heart rate in both groups.Results The anxiety value of preoperative in preoperative was lower than that in control group,there had significant difference(P0.05).Systolic blood pressure in observation group was lower than that in control group,heart rate was higher than that in control group,the difference were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Psychological care can relieve anxiety,fear of patient with outpatient surgery,to ensure operation smooth.
