Abstract
The synthesis propyl chloroacetate of using TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 as catalyst has been studied. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are:molar ratio of propanol to chloroacetic acid is 1.4∶1,the quantity of catalyst is equal to 2.0% feed stock, the reaction temperature is 95-110℃,and the reaction time is 2.0h.TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing propyl chloroacetate and its yield can reach over 77.14%.
