Abstract

Objective To determine puerarin in Qiyu Jiangtang was. Method The samples were extracted with methanol. The RP-HPLC was conducted with a Hypersil-BDS C_ 18 (250 mm×4.6 mm) column, and methanol-water(22∶78) as mobile phase, 250 nm as detection wavelength. Result The recovery of puerarin was 102.7%, corresponding RSD was 1.2(n=5). Conclusion This method is sensitive, selectivie and easy for determination of Puerarin.
