Clinical Study of Xinnaoning Tablet in Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Xinnaoning tablet in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods:300 cases of angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,150 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional enteric coated aspirin,nitrates,beta blockers,and calcium ion antagonist agent as conventional western medicine treatment and treatment group was given Xinnaoning tablets,4 tablets each time,3 times a day. Two groups were treated with 10 d as 1 course,treatment for 2 courses. During the treatment,the two groups of angina pectoris attack can be given temporarily sublingual nitroglycerin,hypertension,diabetes to lower blood pressure,lower blood sugar and other treatment. Results:The effective rate was 97% in treatment group and 83% in the control group. Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The treatment group to alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris,ECG,blood flow change has a reliable effect,better than that of control group. Conclusion:Xinnaoning tablet in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris has curative effect.
