Clinical Research on Xinxuening Tablet in Treatment of Angina Pectoris

Objective:To investigate and evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Xinxuening Tablet,which can treat stagnation of angina pectoris.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into experimental group of 310 cases(used Xinxuening Tablet) and control group of 100 cases(used Danshen Tablet).The difference between the two groups after four weeks was compared.Results:The medicine had a strong effect on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,analgesic function,can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of angina pectoris,and significantly reduce the number of angina attacks and shorten the duration of angina.The curative effect had little obvious relationship with ages,gender and the course of disease,but a very close relationship with treatment time.Conclusions:Xinxuening Tablet has a good curative effect on angina pectoris.
